Our Mission
We empower followers of Jesus Christ with practical tools for personal and spiritual transformation—so they can fulfill the greatest cause on earth: becoming of one heart and one mind.

Our Vision
At the One Heart One Mind Institute, we envision a world of divine oneness centered in Jesus Christ—a world where “the government shall be upon His shoulder” and “nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more” (Isaiah 9:6, 2:4). In that day, society will be fully integrated—where liberty and equality are not at odds, and freedom of religion flourishes alongside sustainable peace and prosperity for all. We believe this vision becomes possible as sincere disciples of Jesus Christ undergo the inner transformation required to become “one in heart and mind” (Acts 4:32 NIV)
Meet the Founder: A Story of Healing and Oneness
Benjamin King understands what it means to feel broken.

At 19, the circumstances of his life and the pressure to live up to expectations culminated in a mental, emotional, and spiritual breakdown. On the outside, he seemed steady—charismatic, spiritual, someone others leaned on for strength. But on the inside, he carried a heavy weight of shame, sadness, and self-rejection. Life felt fragmented, as if he were looking at it through shattered glass.

That deep experience of inner disconnection marked the beginning of a lifelong search—for wholeness, for truth, and for God.

Benjamin’s background in the performing arts was the first step on this path. With a BFA in Acting from Brigham Young University and over 14 years immersed in body-mind-spirit training through theater, he developed a keen awareness of human emotion, motivation, and inner conflict. In 2009, he began offering workshops to help people connect with their intrinsic motivation and overcome personal limitations—reaching students, professionals, and leadership teams across universities, businesses, and government organizations.

As a corporate trainer, Benjamin taught hundreds of business leaders how to foster authentic relationships of trust, even in competitive, ego-driven environments. But it wasn’t until 2018 that his healing journey deepened in unexpected ways. He became certified in Medical Qigong and Hypnotherapy, immersing himself in ancient Chinese medicine and the workings of the subconscious mind.

These new insights didn’t contradict his faith—they expanded it. The deeper he explored, the more clearly he saw that the answers people were seeking—spiritually, emotionally, and socially—were rooted in one eternal principle: oneness.

Oneness is not sameness—it is the integration of complementary opposites. It cannot be forced; it must be chosen.
It is the source of personal healing, spiritual wholeness, and social peace.
As global and cultural crises intensified in 2020, Benjamin saw more and more people—especially people of faith—caught in spiritual confusion and emotional burnout. Religion and spirituality had become collateral damage in society’s culture wars. Many were experiencing a kind of spiritual identity crisis, unsure of what they believed, where they belonged, or how to move forward.

He understood that confusion. He had lived it.

But he had also found something on the other side of it—something he could now offer: the tools of holistic healing, the wisdom of ancient traditions, and the transformative power of Jesus Christ.

In 2023, Benjamin founded the One Heart One Mind Institute to bring these gifts together into one Christ-centered path of spiritual healing and integration. Through OHOMI, he helps others return to the wholeness they were created for—by becoming one within themselves, one in God, and one with each other.
