Qigong for Self-Transformation: Awaken

Students will be introduced to training creative visualization, increasing mind concentration, increasing perceptual awareness, healing from emotional traumas of the past, soul retrieval, and releasing emotional blockages and energetic armoring. Students will also learn the nature and role of thoughts, beliefs and intentions in the healing process, spiritual trauma protocol, Qi deviations and Yi Quan exercises for developing vibration in the body for increased power.
