Saturday Circle provides the experience of learning and embodying the answers. This exciting process involves the whole soul—heart, mind, spirit, and body.
This is why in every Saturday Circle we always begin with gentle Qigong exercises to center ourselves, calm the mind, and cultivate inner peace. We then share experiences and engage in meaningful discussion—exploring timeless principles of oneness drawn from the teachings of Jesus Christ, ancient wisdom, and modern science.
