The purpose of Saturday Circle is to help you experience the healing power of oneness. Through gentle Qigong exercises, spiritually enlightening discussion, and meaningful connection with others, you’ll begin to feel a deeper sense of peace, wholeness, and belonging.
This experience also introduces the Three Paths of the One Heart One Mind Institute—Personal Wholeness, Wisdom, and Faith in Jesus Christ—offering a clear and practical path forward in your growth.
No equipment or prior experience is needed. Simply come, relax, and allow yourself to be renewed through deep healing and transformation.
