About the event
Participants will be introduced to advanced meditations (including the Sleeping Dragon exercise) for increasing mind concentration and expanding conscious awareness, organ self-healing massage exercises, point tapping and Taoist Wu Dang (Hun Yuan) exercises for "washing" and regulating the energies of the body.
