How We Measure Impact

At the One Heart One Mind Institute, our goal is not merely to inform—but to transform. Our impact isn’t measured by headlines or hype, but by what matters most: the quiet, powerful shift in a person’s heart, mind, and relationships when they begin living in harmony with divine oneness.

Because transformation is deeply personal and spiritual, our impact is primarily measured through the lived experiences of our students—their growth, their healing, their courage to become disciples of God’s love in the world.

We look for evidence of impact in three key areas:

A diverse group of young people join hands in a powerful gesture of unity, teamwork, and shared purpose. Their smiles and connection radiate inclusion, community, and hope for the future.
Mission
A joyful young woman in a wheelchair smiles brightly while enjoying a sunny day outdoors. Surrounded by greenery and bathed in warm sunlight, her expression radiates resilience, positivity, and freedom.

Personal Wholeness

We ask:

  • Has the student experienced greater emotional healing or inner peace?

  • Are they more connected to their true self and to God?

  • Do they show increased self-compassion, purpose, or clarity?

Students reflect through pre- and post-course assessments, journaling prompts, and personal testimonies.

Relational Harmony

We ask:

  • Are relationships within families or communities becoming more loving, just, and peaceful?

  • Is the student more able to forgive, reconcile, and communicate with compassion?

  • Are they learning to live as part of something greater than themselves?

We track stories of family breakthroughs, spiritual conversations, and local acts of service.

A joyful moment between friends and neighbors sitting outside, smiling and laughing while looking at a smartphone. Surrounded by potted plants and warm, rustic stone walls, this heartwarming image captures genuine connection and shared happiness in a community of oneness.
An older man and a young woman work side by side on a woodworking project in a sunlit outdoor setting, demonstrating collaboration, craftsmanship, and shared learning across generations. The image radiates warmth, purpose, and connection, making it ideal for themes like mentorship, family bonding, hands-on creativity, or community building.

Societal Ripples

We ask:

  • Are students inspired to live Christ’s teachings in practical ways in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities?

  • Are they applying principles of wisdom, liberty, stewardship, and love to real-world dilemmas?

  • Are they becoming the kind of people through whom God’s kingdom can flourish?

We gather data through cohort reports, follow-up surveys, and student-led initiatives in their own spheres of influence.

The Transformation Cycle

We measure more than moments—we measure movement. Our students are invited into a cycle of:

  1. Awakening – to the hunger for wholeness and divine oneness

  2. Healing – through spiritually grounded tools like Qigong, self-hypnosis, scripture, and sacred reflection

  3. Living – as disciples of Jesus Christ whose lives bear the fruits of love, wisdom, and peace

Each student walks a unique path, but all are guided by the same sacred aim: to become one in heart, one in mind, and one in Christ—so that the love of God may be made visible in the world.

A woman sits quietly on a mountain peak at sunrise, overlooking a breathtaking landscape of misty valleys and glowing skies. The warm light and vast horizon evoke a sense of spiritual awakening, peace, and connection with the divine.
