Ready to Stop Hurting?

“I’m still affected by trauma from years ago. How can I finally heal?”

“I’m constantly stressing about things outside my control—how can I relax and find peace?”

“I struggle with shame, low self-esteem, and sadness. How can I change?”

“I feel divided between what I ‘should’ do and what my heart truly wants. How can I find inner oneness?”

“I shut down or get reactive in relationships. How can be calm  and show up with love?”

“Our capacity for healing, health, and happiness is intricately tied to the well‑being of the four dimensions of our heart: the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual.”

How Do I Become One Within?

Qigong & Self-Hypnosis: powerful, proven, restorative self-guided practices

Inner oneness is the state of being fully integrated within yourself—where your thoughts, emotions, body, and spirit are no longer at war, but working in harmony. It means resolving internal conflicts, embracing the parts of you that were once rejected or hidden, and restoring connection to your True Self—the pure, divine identity within.

World-renowned author, researcher, and speaker Brené Brown stated, “Good support [in healing] allows you to experience the pain while learning how to rebuild yourself. Some of the best support comes from body-centered therapies that address the physical manifestation of trauma in the body.”

Qigong and self-hypnosis are two such therapies—powerful, proven methods that bring your awareness to your body and help you in gently releasing trauma from the body, reprogramming limiting patterns, and restoring inner wholeness.

What is Qigong?

Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing art that combines gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and intention to cultivate the body’s natural life force—called Qi. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Qigong is practiced by millions of people worldwide to release the affects of trauma in the body, reduce stress, regulate emotions, and promote inner harmony.

In 2002, the White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Policy formally recognized Qigong as a valid complementary modality for healing and stress reduction. Since then, thousands of peer-reviewed studies have confirmed its benefits for cardiovascular health, immune function, chronic pain, emotional regulation, and mental clarity.

Qigong Today

Today, Qigong is offered in major hospitals, cancer centers, and VA programs across the U.S. where it supports treatments for PTSD, anxiety, and chronic illness. Harvard Health Publishing also affirms that the practice of Qigong enhances overall emotional and physical well-being.

At OHOMI, Qigong is more than a physical practice—it is a spiritual discipline that reconnects you with your body as a sacred temple. Its slow, intentional movements gently release suppressed emotions, restore energetic flow, and attune you to the quiet voice of your True Self. Each practice session becomes a living prayer of breath, presence, and peace.

What is Self-Hypnosis?

Self-hypnosis is a powerful, evidence-based method for accessing and healing the subconscious mind—the inner world where our deepest beliefs, fears, and patterns are stored. Many of these subconscious beliefs were formed in childhood, shaped by moments of pain, fear, or misinterpretation. Left unexamined, they continue to influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to life’s challenges.

The American Psychological Association (APA) recognizes hypnosis as a safe and effective therapeutic tool for reducing anxiety, transforming negative patterns, and supporting mental and emotional well-being. When used with spiritual intention and ongoing practice, self-hypnosis becomes more than a mental technique—it becomes a sacred inner sanctuary for restoration.

At OHOMI, we teach a unique self-hypnosis practice called Luma. Rather than relying on willpower or performance, Luma gently guides you into a receptive state where the truth and love of the Divine can reach the hidden places of your soul. In this quiet, grace-filled space, you’ll learn to reprogram limiting beliefs, release old emotional burdens, and restore conscious connection to your divine identity—not just intellectually, but in your body, heart, and spirit.

Luma is not about escaping reality. It’s about entering into the deepest truth of who you are in God’s eyes and letting that truth take root. As your nervous system calms and your heart opens, you’ll begin to experience inner oneness: a felt sense of safety, clarity, and connection with your True Self.
